A useful hose clamp inquiry starts with the connection you need to make. A photo or drawing is a helpful starting point, especially when you are replacing an existing clamp or sourcing a private-label product.
Describe the hose connection
Share the hose outside diameter at the assembled connection, the intended application and any relevant operating conditions. If you already buy a specific clamp, include a sample photograph, drawing or existing specification.
Identify the product family
Tell your supplier whether you need a German type, American type, plastic handle, European heavy-duty or double wire clamp. If you are unsure of the family name, send clear photos of the band, housing and screw assembly.
Specify the material and finish
Provide the material requirements for the band, housing and screw separately where possible. Appearance alone does not identify a metal grade. Ask your supplier to confirm the proposed component materials in the quotation.
Include quantity and packaging
List the quantity per size, whether you need bulk or retail packaging, and any logo or carton requirements. Include your destination and preferred shipping terms so that the quotation can be prepared on the right basis.
Agree on the next step
Before bulk production, agree on the sample, specification, inspection requirements, lead time and packaging. Huansheng can review drawings, sample photos and OEM requests through the contact form.
